Combination Package (Planning & Coordination)
This package is the perfect combination of having someone to consult with along the way but also have this same planner arrive for the wedding activities and execute the day to your desire. This package allows a more knowledgeable and personable approach from your coordinators due to the various consultations prior to the day of the wedding.
Full Hands-On Package**
The hands-on package is for the on-the-go, busy bride-to be. Whether you struggle making decisions or simply want someone else to do the work for you, this is the perfect package for you! No heavy thinking or working! We will plan your wedding from start to finish with all the details in-between. We meet monthly to provide updates on progress and you approve options and make final decisions. If you live out of town from your wedding location, don’t have the creativity, or if you would rather just show up and enjoy your day…this allows you to rest those hands and let us make your day a vibrant moment!

Baby Shower
As your coordinators for your Baby Shower we can work directly with your group of supporters to help them with budget, venue selection, theme and execution, games, vendor selections for food and other services, invitations, and day of setup and shutdown. As the mommy-to-be or friend of mommy, you may find yourself short on help or time to pull off this baby shower. This is where Vibrant Moments can come in and be supporting staff you need from the beginning to the end.
Birthday Party
Are you looking forward to the next birthday but want to make it different and unique? Are you to busy to worry about tiny details and would rather have a trusted staff to pull off your vision for this celebration of life? Vibrant Moments is the perfect option to help make your birthday party stress free. Whether it be your child's sweet 16, or your Dirty 30, or Forty & Fabulous, etc.... Vibrant Moments can ensure your day goes off just as you planned without you being distracted from being the guest of honor.
A La Carte Services
- Bi-weekly checklist email to wedding couple to reduce the big daunting list down to small manageable items
- Monthly video or phone consultations to ensure you are on schedule with tasks for the wedding (up to 12)
- Consultations include brainstorming ideas you may have and advice on wedding etiquette and options for any scenario
- Includes the coordinator reviewing any vendor contract before you sign to make sure you understand the fine print and are getting the best deal
- A custom document package that will help you track everything from your guests contact information to your budget to your thank you cards
- We will do research on venues, vendors, or any other items you may need for the wedding
- Includes designing your wedding website and keeping it up to date with the most current information for your guests
- Our creativity and expertise at your service
Wedding Weekend
- Three consultations prior to the big day
- Minimum of two Vibrant Moments staff to attend and execute the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and the day of wedding coordination (10+ hours)
- Emergency Kit for the Bridal Party provided in Bridal Suite
- Final Vendor Coordination and Schedule with Time Line provided to all parties involved
- This package will ensure all of the hard work put in by the bride- to-be and her team is executed flawlessly and that everything in its place for the big day. This includes addressing any last minute issues that may arrive as well confirming all vendors provide the service you agreed upon. We are at your service from the time you wake a Miss until you end the night a Mrs.
